Ordinary take-up system works based on passive padiator,And motor life is always short.

ระบบม้วนเก็บ ของเราสามารถแบกสูงสุด
น้ำหนัก 40-50 กก.

Our take-up system can bear a maximum 
weight of 40-50 kg.

Ordinary take-up system bears a maximum 
weight of 30 kg for rolling materials.

1.กล่องแบบเปิดและแยกการเชื่อมต่อ
แผ่นและระบบม้วนเก็บ

1.Open box, and separate the connecting
plate and the take-up system.

 2. ทำการขึ้นรูปแผ่นเชื่อมต่อ

2. Mount the connecting plate.

 3. คลายความตึงเครียดและบาร์ตั้งสกรู

3. Loosen tension bar and set screws.

 4. วางระบบการม้วนเก็บบนแผ่นเชื่อมต่อ

4. Put the take-up system on the connecting platete.

 5. ขันน็อตเกลียวให้แน่นเพื่อที่จะทำการติดตั้งระบบการม้วนเก็บ

5. Tighten the screws to settle take-up system.

 6. ปรับตำแหน่งของแกนม้วนแบบไดนามิกบนระบบม้วนเก็บและยึดแกนให้แน่น

6. Adjust the position of dynamic roll axis on
take-up system and fasten the axis

 7. ต่อสายไฟหม้อแปลง (12V) กับแหล่งจ่ายไฟ

7. Connect the power transformer (12V) to power supply.

 8. การโหลดม้วนกระดาษ

8. Load the paper roll.

9. แนบมากับระบบม้วนเก็บกับวัสดุการพิมพ์ 

9. Attach take-up system to the printed material. 

 10. ปรับความตึงเครียดและสวิทช์

10. Adjust the tension and the switch.


 

11. การติดตั้งเสร็จสมบูรณ์

11. Installations complete.
