This exposure unit mainly used for exposure screens; and it is suitable for exposing different size screen frames within outsize 68 x 62cm.
There are twelve 20W light tubes; the exposing area is 63 x 53cm; Adopt countdown timer to set the exposing time; the timer will automatically save and memory your set data.

 


 

 

 

 


 

คุณสมบัติและฟังก์ชั่นการทำงานของตัวเครื่อง    :

1. ตัวเครื่องมีหลอดไฟขนาด 20 วัตต์     12     หลอด      (  ซึ่งหลอดไฟทั้งหมดพลังงาน  240 วัตต์  ชิ้นส่วนอะไหล่หลอดบัลลาสต์ จำนวน   1   หลอดสามารถใช้งานได้ยาวนานประมาณ 10,000 ชั่วโมง)

2. พื้นที่การอบบล็อคสกรีนอยู่ที่ขนาด 46 x 32 ซ.ม . ( 28 x 25 นิ้ว ) สามารถอบบล็อกสกรีนที่มีขนาดเส้นผ่านศูนย์กลางภายนอกที่     68x62(27x24in) ซ.ม. ได้ 

3. ตัวเครื่องมาพร้อมแผ่นกระจกนิรภัยหนาขนาด    8   ม.ม.      ซึ่งมีคุณสมบัติทนทานต่อแรงเสียดทานรวมถึงทนทานต่อการแตกหักและเมื่อชิ้นส่วนกระจกเกิดการแตกหักจะไม่ก่อให้เกิดคมเพื่อความปลอดภัยของผู้ประกอบการ

4. ตัวเครื่องมาพร้อมการตั้งค่าจับเวลาเพื่อนับถอยหลังโดยเมื่อครบกำหนดเวลาการอบบล็อคสกรีนแล้วหลอดไฟจะปิดการทำงานโดยอัตโนมัติ

5 มีฟังก์ชั่นหน่วยความจำอัตโนมัติสำหรับการจับเวลาเมื่อตั้งค่าการจับเวลาใน  1  ครั้งไม่ว่าจะเปิดหรือปิดสวิทช์เวลาที่ได้ตั้งไว้จะถูกบันทึก

3. Equipped with 8mm Tempered glass plate, resistant to friction; the glass is broken, the glass shards are no sharp, to ensure the safety of operator
4. The timer can set the exposing time, after reach the exposing time, the machine automatically turns off the tubes
5. The timer have automatic memory function, set in once, whether the number of switch turn on or off, time will save
6. This machine equipped with 20x30x6cm and 30x40x6cm two sponges, used for press the film more closely, place a flat weight, improve the quantity of exposing

เพื่อความมั่นใจในความปลอดภัยของหลอดไฟทุกๆหลอดสำหรับการขนส่งทางเราได้บรรจุแต่ละหลอดไฟใว้ภายในกล่องรูปแบบแยกหลอด          เมื่อทำการติดตั้งให้ถอดกระจกออกโดยใช้ตัวดูดกระจกใส่ขั่วเสียบทั้ง  2  ด้านของหลอดไฟที่ละด้านใส่กระจกกลับเข้าไปและสามารถใช้งานได้   

 

หมายเหตุพิเศษ:

กาวถ่ายบล็อกสกรีนต่างแบรนด์ใช้เวลาที่แตกต่างกันเพื่อให้แสงสำหรับอบบล็อคสกรีนผู้ใช้งานจำเป็นต้องปาดกาวอัดบล็อกสกรีนแล้วนำเข้าไปอบทดสอบในตัวเครื่องเพื่อยืนยันเวลาที่ดีที่สุด

Special note:
Different brand of emulsion have different exposing time, the operator need to use the emulsion in this machine and confirm the best exposing time.

Methods of using the timer  /  วิธีการจับเวลา  :  

 1. ก่อนการใช้งานโปรดกดปุ่ม "C"   เพื่อทำการรีเซ็ตหน้าจอแสดงผล   ตัวเครื่องจะแสดงสถานะ    00:00 00   และกะพริบ

2. กดปุ่ม   "ชั่วโมง"    และ "นาที"  และ "วินาที"   เพื่อตั้งค่ารูปแบบแยกสำหรับนับถอยหลังการจับเวลาและหน้าจอจะแสดงผล      "    on /เปิด "

3. กดปุ่ม "เริ่มต้น / หยุดชั่วคราว" เพื่อเริ่มการนับถอยหลัง

ค่าพารามิเตอร์พื้นฐานสำหรับการจับเวลา  :

การนับถอยหลัง   : 1   วินาที   -    99 ชั่วโมง    59 นาทีและ 59 วินาที

อุณหภูมิในการทำงาน :  - 25°C - 65 °C
