This screen printer is specially designed for all kinds of finished bags, such as non-woven bags, paper bags, cloth bags, throw pillows, etc.

This machine is especially suitable for small batch, one color screen printing , printing cost is low, the quantity is not limited.

There are three different sizes pallet to suit for products of different sizes.
Functions:
1.Width of the screen frame chuck is 11.8"(30cm),height is 2.56"(6.5cm), it is suitable for screen frames with outer size within 23.6" (60cm)and height within 1.77"(4.5cm).

2.The static balance is adjusted by gravity balance plate when the screen frame is lifted . The gravity balance plate can move forward and backward by 3.9"(10 cm) as required; If the frame weight is too big,heavy object can be added on the top of the balance frame gravity hole.
The lifting angle of the screen frame can be adjusted by screws in the lower part of the balance frame. The height of the screen frame after lifting can be adjusted as required.

3.The machine is equipped with three different sizes pallet: 22" x 17.7"(55 x 45 cm); 17.3" x 12.6"(44 x 32 cm) ; 13.4" x 9.4"(34 x 24 cm) each size one piece, the operator can choose the corresponding pallet installed on the machine according to the size of the substrate, three types pallet are basically suitable for the current market of various sizes of bags.

4.This machine is detachable structure, the user can install and use the machine according
to the specifications and configuration of the full set of tools .

5. The main body of the machine adopts advanced electrostatic spraying metal surface treatment, acid and alkali resistance, corrosion resistance, cleaning resistance, no rust, long-term use; Some parts are made of stainless steel.

6.Export to Europe and America standard five layer carton packing, all kinds of metal parts in the box are individually packed or placed in isolation, to ensure that all kinds of metal parts do not touch directly.
