วีธีการยึดพรมเครื่องรีดร้อนเวลาและอุณหภูมิ (ข้อมูลตามด้านล่างนี้)

พรมเครื่องรีดร้อนหลังจากติดตั้งเสร็จต้องทำตามขั้นตอนต่อไปนี้ 

การยึดพรมเครื่องรีดร้อน  ขั้นตอนการยึดพรม มีผลต่อการรีดผ้าและอายุงานของพรม  การยึดพรมต้องใช้เวลา24ชั่วโมง  ให้ทำตามขั้นตอนต่อไปนี้

1.เปิดเครื่อง ตั้งค่าอุณหภูมิ 140องศา ให้เครื่องวิ่งเปล่าๆ3ชั่วโมง หลังจาก3ชั่วโมงปรับเป็น170องศา ให้เครื่องวิ่งต่อไปอีก4 ชั่วโมง หลังจาก4ชั่วโมง ปรับเป็น200องศา เครื่องวิ่งอีก4ชั่วโมง (สำคัญมาก) หลังจาก4ชั่วโมงปรับเป็น230องศา เครื่องวิ่งอีก4ชั่วโมงปรับ250องศา เครื่องวิ่งอีก2ชั่วโมง หลังจาก2ชั่วโมงปรับเป็น230องศา หลังจากเครื่องวิ่ง2ชั่วโมง  ให้ปรับอุณหภูมิลงเหลือ90องศา ถึงจะถือว่าเสร็จขั้นตอน สามารถคลายพรม ปิดเครื่อง ครั้งต่อไปสามารถใช้งานปกติได้เลย 

หมายเหตุ เครื่องรีดร้อนขนาด 200/300mm ขั้นตอนการยึดพรมให้ตัดชั่ว250องศาออก โดยใช้230องศาเดินเครื่อง 6 ชั่วโมง

ระว่างการยึดพรม ไม่ต้องใช้ลม ไม่ต้องรีดชิ้นงาน หากพรมวิ่งเอียง คลายที่ยึดพรมออก ใช้มือดันพรมให้ตรง ยึดน็อตเบาๆ ระหว่างการยึดพรม พรมอาจจะมีการเปลี่ยนแปลง ใช้มือดันพรมให้ตรง ยึดน็อตเบาๆ

ผ้าห่มเป็นวัสดุสิ้นเปลืองและไม่มีการรับประกัน
