Q	Hi i am currently using Photoshop and a basic Epson printer for doing my separations my printer is only a4 is it possible to split my one colour image over say two sheets and join them together there is no half tone in the image if so how do you do it or do I have to go out and get an a3 printer.
A	One of my clients do the same... He prints the stencil onto inkjet OHP paper in two halves, then overlap and selotape them together.. works fine.. you find where the overlap happens the ink is darker and washes out better best way is open your image into an a3 document in photoshop... then on a seperate layer work out the size of an a4 page and how much of your design fits onto an a4. copy that selected area to a new a4 document ready for print... go back to your a3 document with the selection still showing and just move the selection area along so it now covers the bottom part to your design with a visible overlap so you can stick the two together later and again copy that area to a seperate a4 print both its sometimes helpful to add light grey marker points onto your image for best alignment results, enjoy. more questions contact me. ตอบกลับโดย sign in china

Q	Set ink problem with epson 4880 I am having problems with my Printex Robo Long DTG using the epson 4880.The LK cartridge will not accept the resetter when I insert the cartridge I get a Set ink cartridge error i have tried ressetting the chip many times and wriggling the cartridge around but no luck. has anyone had this trouble ?
A	Sometimes the chips can go bad, the sensors in the printer that read the chips can become damaged and as you mentioned... sometimes you have to wiggle the cartridge around in order to get the connectors in the correct spot to read the chips.Some people have found it much easier to get another cartridge and see if that resolves the problem.
