I 'm trying to get the software for redsail RS720C plotter to work with Windows xp and using artcut software that came with it but i Don't have a rs232 board in my system so i went and got a usb rs232 to hook it up but that won't work .what am I doing wrong ? I also have the driver disk that came with it but that won't install with no exe file
