I need to be able to feed a 40 inch wide photo and rigid acrylic mount straight into the rollers. there looks to be a piece of metal just before the rollers that may prevent this (part 5 - panel for covering the picture). Can this be moved up or removed? What is the maximum depth of materials that can be used? What is the lead time for delivery as I need as soon as possible. How does payment work? What if there is a fault with the machine on delivery? many thanks
