รายละเอียดสินค้า ：
• สีที่โปรงแสง ทนความร้อนได้ถึง  190  องศาเซลเซียส 
• สี ทนความร้อนได้ถึง  190  องศาเซลเซียส 
• บรรจุขวด  1 ลิตร  

เคล็ดลับการใช้งาน ： 
1. สวมหน้ากากปิดปากและหน้า และดวงตา ในกรณีที่ใส่สีโค้ทสำหรับฉีดพ่น
2. ให้สีโค้ทที่ทาแห้งสนิทก่อนที่จะนำเครื่อง ปั้น แจกัน หรืออื่นๆ เข้าเตาอบให้ความร้อน  เพราะอาจเกิดฟองอากาศได้
3. ควรเก็บไว้ในที่มีอากาศเย็น และแห้ง รวมทั้งเขย่าขวดก่อนการใช้งาน
4. ควรเก็บโถ แจกัน เหยือกที่จะทาสีโค้ท ไว้ในอุณหภูมิที่  20 - 30 องศาเซลเซียส นาน   15 - 20 นาที  
5. ก่อนทำการใช้สีโค้ท ควรทำความสะอาดระบบหมึก  หัวจุก หัวพิมพ์ต่างๆ หรือเปลี่ยนหัวพิมพ์ต่างๆ ให้ใช้งานได้อย่างเรียบร้อย เพื่อกันการเกิดปัญหาขณะใช้งาน 

การใช้งาน ：
สีระเหิดสำหรับทาโค้ทวัสดุ  ใช้งานกันอย่างแพร่หลายในการพ่นทาผิว เซรามิค  แผ่นกระเบื้องหิน  ไม้  โลหะ  แก้ว และวัสดุอื่นๆ 
การทาสีชนิดนี้ควรทำอย่างไร ？
ขั้นตอนที่ 1  เช็ด ทำความสะอาด
ขั้นตอนที่  2  นำชิ้นงานที่เป็นเซรามิค ที่ทำความสะอาดแล้ว เข้าอบในเตาที่อุณหภูมิระหว่าง    30 - 40 องศาเซลเซียส อย่าให้อุณหภูมิส่งกว่านี้เด็ดขาด และเอาวัสดุชิ้นงานออกเมื่ออบทั่วถึงแล้ว ทันที  เพื่อ ให้ความร้อนทำลายฝุ่น เกาะต่างๆ ออกไปจากชิ้นงาน （โลหะ  แก้ว และไม้ ไม่ต้องทำขั้นตอนนี้ ）
ขั้นตอนที่  3  ต่อจากนั้นฉีด พ่นสีโค้ทได้ตามต้องการ  จนเสร็จ แล้วปล่อยทิ้งให้สีแห้ง  หากไม่ต้องการทาสีอื่นแล้ว ก็นำชิ้นงานเข้าเตาอบที่อุณหภูมิที่  200   องศาเซลเซียส  นาน   20 นาที 
ขั้นตอนที่  4  เมื่อครบเวลาแล้ว  นำชิ้นงานออกมา  เป็นเสร็จการใช้สีโค้ทระเหิด
 
 

Dye Sublimation Coating for Printing Ceramic Mugs, Plates, Stones, Wood

Description:
• Transparant liquid.
• High temperature resistant: Up to 190℃ .
• 1 liter per bottle .


Warm Tips:
1. Wear face mask & eye protection if using a sprayer.
2. Please dry it out in the air before put it into the oven when you make dye sublimation coating on the metal items, or it will bubble.
3. Please place it under cool and dry and shake it up before using.
4. Place the mugs 15-20 seconds under the temperature of 20-30 ℃ because the mugs need to preheat before coating.
5.Please clean ink system and heads all-round before you change our compatible ink, or it will be blocked up. We will not assume such responsibility.

 

Application:
This sublimation coating is widely used for spray printing on the surface of ceramics, stone tiles, wood, metal, glass, etc.
How to Painting?
Step 1: You must clean the surface of products first.
Step2: Then turn on the oven to heat up ceramic materials (such as mugs or plates) to 30-40degree.don’t be too hot. And then take out ceramic materials . this step is just for avoiding dust on mugs or plates before coating . (metal & glass &wood material doesn’t need this step.)
Step 3: Then spray or pour coating on the products. When the coating spray evenly on the product’s surface, then take out and wait for drying. When there have no coating flowing off, and then put them into oven to heat about 200°C, 20 minutes.
Step 4: When reaching the time, take out the items. That is finished for coating step.
